I am an Owner’s Representative, Real Estate Development Strategist, and Construction Project Manager with over 30 years of experience across architecture, design, and construction.

My background began in design and architecture, expanded into construction and development, and evolved into strategic project oversight. That combination allows me to see projects from multiple perspectives and focus on the areas where most risk actually lives, the gray space between disciplines.

I specialize in simplifying complex tenant improvement and development projects by aligning stakeholders, clarifying scope, and protecting cost, schedule, and quality from early vision through construction and occupancy.

In addition to project leadership, I created FuzzyBuilds, an educational platform dedicated to bridging the knowledge gap in the design and construction industry. Through podcasts, articles, and practical tools, I share documented lessons and real-world systems to help clients and professionals better understand how projects truly succeed or fail.

My consulting work is delivered in collaboration with EEi, where my expertise is leveraged to oversee projects, coordinate consultant and contractor teams, and drive developments to successful completion.
